Tiến Phát – Our Journey in Plastic

Tiến Phát Plastic Packaging Co., Ltd. has a history of establishment and development since 1997. The company was originally named Tân Việt Phát and specialized in manufacturing and processing plastic products in Gò Vấp District, Ho Chi Minh City.

The establishment and growth of the company are the results of the strong entrepreneurial spirit of its founding leaders from the very beginning.

In 2001, the leadership decided to expand the factory, relocating to Bình Dương Province. At the same time, they rebranded the factory as Tiến Phát Plastic Packaging Co., Ltd. and invested in a complete production line for a professional manufacturing plastic packaging facility.

Our Capabilities

Over 20+ years of steady growth, we have scaled our production infrastructure to meet the evolving demands of global markets. Our facility currently runs five core production lines: film blowing, printing, lamination, slitting, and bag making.

Film Blowing

Blowing high-quality single-layer and 3-layer films from various types of plastic, ensuring uniform thickness and performance

Gravure Printing

Gravure printing ensures consistent, high-
quality prints by using engraved cylinders to
apply ink efficiently onto packaging
materials, at mass quantity

Laminating

Laminating enhances packaging durability by
bonding multiple layers together, ensuring
strength, protection, and a premium finish

Roll-Slitting

Roll slitting precisely cuts large semi-finished
rolls into smaller widths, ensuring efficiency and accuracy for various applications

Bag-Making

Bag-making transforms flexible packaging
materials into finished bags, ensuring precise
sealing, durability, and consistency for high-
